Commercial & development
Florida Number 1 live oaks for landscape contractors, site developers and general contractors — from a Gainesville-area grower whose trees are already planted at Ben Hill Griffin Stadium, EverBank Stadium and The Villages.
On a commercial job the tree is rarely the expensive part. The expensive part is a landscape architect walking the site, rejecting a row, and pushing your certificate of occupancy three weeks to the right. We grow one species to one grade specifically so that conversation does not happen.

Why buy from the farm
Our full price list is published — 4" at $275 through 9–10" at $1,900. Estimate the landscape package without waiting on a callback.
Buffer rows, parking islands, entry specimens and amenity trees all come off the same five farms, to the same grade.
Trees grown on 12-foot centres arrive with the spread a landscape architect drew, not a narrow head that reads as undersized.
Conser live oaks are planted at Ben Hill Griffin Stadium, EverBank Stadium, SeaWorld, The Villages and Lakewood Ranch.
Alachua sits on I-75 between Gainesville and Lake City — a straightforward haul to Jacksonville, Orlando, Ocala and Tampa job sites.

Questions
Yes — every tree is Florida Grades & Standards Number 1. We have grown only Florida #1 live oaks since 1992, and only #1 grade since reopening as a family operation in 2017.
For live oaks, yes. We carry 4", 6–6½", 7–7½", 8–8½" and 9–10" caliper, which covers most commercial schedules from buffer plantings through entry specimens. We grow live oaks only — no other species.
List prices are published: 4" is $275, 6–6½" is $650 (currently $500 on promotion), 7–7½" is $1,000, 8–8½" is $1,600 and 9–10" is $1,900 per tree. Project quantities are quoted directly — call 352-870-4093.
Call as early as the plant schedule is set, particularly for 8" caliper and larger — those sizes are limited and are not quickly replaced.
Yes. All of our live oaks are field-grown in Alachua County on 12-foot spacing, which is what produces the wider canopies our trees are known for.
